Kangia River Lodge - Greenland

Kangia River is the hidden gem of Greenland’s west coast. Known amongst locals and a few off-the-grid-anglers for its high numbers of
fish and very good average size, it is also known for its sheer unbelievable structure and beauty beyond compare. A river truly made for
fly fishing. Cut-banks, rapids, slow and deep stretches, waterfalls, pocket-water all the way down to the tidal influenced delta – this river
offers anglers a variety of waters and techniques along its wild meandering way down to the coast. A waterfall six kilometers up the valley
blocks the migrating fish from entering the headwaters as well as the lake far upstream – these waters are inhabited by ice age char.

The 2019 season runs for a total of 10 fishing weeks. It starts on July 4th and ends September 12th.
